Canada's elderly population is growing and to help them with their financing needs, I am now able to access a unique mortgage model called Reverse Mortgages.

The following criteria, listed below, must be met in order to qualify for a Reverse Mortgage:

-Over the age of 60

-Own home or condo

-Do not want to move or sell the home

-Carrying existing debt of less than 40% Loan-to-Value
