Rate increases coming

Bond increases, in recent days, has placed great pressure on lenders to raise fixed rates.  Several lenders have already started to announce fixed mortgage rate increases.  

Contact me asap if you need a mortgage pre-approval to lock into a mortgage rate now to hold a rate for 120-days.
